Dawn Simmons, COO
SENIOR VP OF RISK & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Dawn Simmons has over 10 years of experience in executive management within the financial services industry along with Big 4 Consulting pedigree focused on risk management, business continuity, financial software, and lending and compliance.
Prior to joining RCG Advisory Group, she helped lead a regional financial institution as its VP of ORM. While there, Ms. Simmons was responsible for overseeing operational risk, business continuity, vendor management, and compliance quality assurance.
Ms. Simmons is Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified. She consults with numerous financial institutions and companies across the country, helping them to shape and build their risk management programs. She also works with many associations and professional organizations to enhance and teach their Treasury curriculum.
Yolanda Thomas, CEO
SENIOR VP OF COMPLIANCE & ENGINEERING SERVICES
Yolanda Thomas is a University of Virginia graduate with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is the co-founder of RCG Advisory Group LLC.
Yolanda has published in the Southeastern Naturalist Journal as well as co-authored a white paper for DoD on Risk-Based Investment Strategies. Prior to RCG Advisory Group, Yolanda worked for TowneBank, ADP, ABS Consulting, consulting for various government agencies.
She specializes in enterprise and operational risk, process design and improvement, as well as regulatory compliance. Yolanda loves the challenge of tackling complex problems, connecting ideas and delivering comprehensive solutions.
